What You Should Know About The Trump Gold Card

1. Introduction

A brand-new "Donation-Based Green Card" program: Fast-track your U.S. permanent residency with a non-refundable government donation starting from $1 million. Donate only after approval. This is the ultimate premium and expedited immigration pathway designed for global High-Net-Worth Investors.

2. Eligibility

● Individual Mode: at least USD 1 million in liquid assets with explainable legitimate sources (e.g., salary, dividends, real estate sales, loans, gifts, etc.)

● Corporate Mode: at least USD 2 million in liquid assets with explainable legitimate sources

● Source of Funds: The legal source of the donation must have a clear path and be supported by tax records

● Donation Payment: Upon approval, a donation of USD 1 million / USD 2 million must be remitted to the designated account of the U.S. Department of Commerce

● Background: The applicant must be in good health, have no criminal record (in both their country of citizenship and country of long-term residence), and have no sensitive background

● Dependents: To include family members in the application, an additional donation of USD 1 million is required for each added dependent. Each dependent must also pay a USD 15,000 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) processing fee

Important Notes:

○ Risk Acknowledgment: Prior to signing, applicants must sign a risk acknowledgment form, confirming their understanding of the project's overall risks and that Globe (the agency) is not responsible for the applicant's investment outcome

○ Corporate Sponsors: A corporate sponsor can apply for multiple employees simultaneously, requiring an annual fee of 1% (USD 20,000) per person. The corporate sponsor can also cease sponsoring a specific employee and use the previously approved donation amount to sponsor a new employee without needing to donate another USD 2 million. However, a transfer fee of 5% (USD 100,000) per person is required, which includes the new DHS processing fee. Depending on the specific circumstances of each employee, minor additional fees may be payable to the U.S. Department of State. Furthermore, the new employee must pass a new security background check

Executive Order 14351, signed by President Donald Trump on September 19, 2025, formally established the Gold Card visa program. It authorizes a new pathway where a significant voluntary financial "gift" to the United States serves as evidence to satisfy the "exceptional ability" and "national benefit" requirements of the existing EB-1 and EB-2 immigrant visa classifications. This Executive Order constitutes the core legal foundation of the current U.S. donation-based permanent residency framework.

3. Advantage of the Country/Region

● Gold-Standard Education Systems: Your children gain access to the world's most prestigious Ivy League universities and top-tier public school systems as domestic students, significantly increasing admission rates while cutting tuition costs compared to international students.

● Unrestricted Career & Lifestyle Freedom: Green card holders enjoy absolute freedom to live, work, and launch businesses anywhere within the United States without the restrictions of employer-tied visas, alongside enjoying comprehensive social security and healthcare networks.

● Lightning-Fast Approval, Fast Track: Exclusive access to the Trump Gold Card expedited review channel, completely saying goodbye to the long and uncertain review cycles of traditional EB programs.

● One-Step Permanent Green Card: Avoid the awkward transition period of a "conditional green card." Get a U.S. Permanent Green Card upon approval, allowing the whole family to immediately enjoy all national benefits, such as the freedom to work in the U.S. and access top-tier public education.

● Flexible Dual-Mode, A Boon for Enterprises: Supports both individual streamlined applications (lowest cost) or corporate sponsorship (can submit for multiple executives simultaneously, simple capital logic, and sponsor quotas are recyclable).
