Application Requirements

  • Age: 18 years old or above;

  • Criminal Record: Must provide a police clearance certificate;

  • Financial Proof: Bank statements for the past three months showing a balance of at least MYR 50,000 or RMB 90,000;

  • Business Plan: A business plan will be provided with professional assistance. Technology sectors recognized under the MTEP include: AgriTech, Smart City, Artificial Intelligence, HealthTech, CleanTech, Blockchain, DroneTech, Cybersecurity, Big Data Analytics, FinTech, Smart Mobility, and the Internet of Things (IoT);

  • Local Support & Office Lease: Must obtain a lease agreement of at least one year with an MDEC-recognized digital hub or designated institution, along with a letter of support/guarantee.
