In this first-ever episode, Globevisa is honored to welcome Mr. Roger Alvarado, Consul General of Panama (Guangzhou), to provide an in-depth overview of Panama’s investment immigration pathways. Mr. Alvarado also shares what he believes to be the most promising pathway, along with insights into the real-life experiences of immigrants and the current investment landscape in Panama.

Mr. Alexandros Pantazis, Vice Mayor of Greek city Palaio Faliro, joined us in an interview. Palaio Faliro is located on the eastern shore of Phalerum Bay, which is part of the Saronic Gulf, about 6 km southwest of the Athens city center. The municipality covers an area of 4.574 km². It is bordered by several other districts of Athens, including Kallithea, Nea Smyrni, Agios Dimitrios, and Alimos.

Jonathan Cardona, the CEO of Residency Malta Agency, conducted an interview with Globevisa earlier this month. Although nearly 90% of the applicants for the Malta Permanent Residence Program (MPRP) are from China, Jonathan identified Southeast Asia as his next significant market. He also discussed various immigration pathways to Malta.

Mr. Mc Claude Emmanuel, CEO of the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program, introduces St. Lucia's National Action Bond (NAB), a five-year government instrument with a full reimbursement, as one of the four investment options to become a Saint Lucia citizen.
