Mr. Alexandros Pantazis, Vice Mayor of Greek city Palaio Faliro, joined us in an interview. Palaio Faliro is located on the eastern shore of Phalerum Bay, which is part of the Saronic Gulf, about 6 km southwest of the Athens city center. The municipality covers an area of 4.574 km². It is bordered by several other districts of Athens, including Kallithea, Nea Smyrni, Agios Dimitrios, and Alimos.

Jonathan Cardona, the CEO of Residency Malta Agency, conducted an interview with Globevisa earlier this month. Although nearly 90% of the applicants for the Malta Permanent Residence Program (MPRP) are from China, Jonathan identified Southeast Asia as his next significant market.
