Panama Qualified Investor Visa Program

Panama Qualified Investor Visa Program

Located at the crossroads of the Americas, Panama offers a stable and business-friendly environment for real estate investment and long-term residency.

The Panama Qualified Investor Visa Program allows investors to obtain permanent residency by purchasing real estate in Panama with a minimum value of USD 300,000. Within four months, the main applicant and eligible family members across three generations may receive permanent resident status.

The investment property may be sold after five years without restriction on the buyer group, and doing so does not impact the residency status of the visa holders.
