As of April 1, 2023, Greece has implemented new regulations for deposit-based immigration. To obtain permanent residency in Greece through deposit, there are two requirements:

Main applicant must be a non-EU/non-EEA citizen over 18years old.

Open a personal account in a Greek local bank and deposit €500,000 (1-year term, automatically renewable).
