CEO's POV: We Want 400 Offices Worldwide — But We Can’t Do It Alone

Hello everyone. In a previous update, I outlined Globevisa’s operational vision for the year

2045: reaching one million clients, operating 1,000 programs, and establishing 400 offices across major cities worldwide.

Currently, we operate over 55 offices globally. To methodically build our presence from 55 to 400 locations, we recognize that we need localized expertise. Today, I would like to explain our strategy for international expansion through our Joint Venture (JV) partnership model.

The Division of Responsibilities

Globevisa has spent years building a robust foundation in global branding, compliance, IT infrastructure, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and AI-integrated back-office systems. However, effectively navigating a new geography requires individuals who genuinely understand the area.

To ensure operational efficiency, our Joint Venture model relies on a strict and clear division of responsibilities:

The Local Partner’s Responsibilities:

● Managing human resources and daily office administration.

● Executing local marketing initiatives.

● Handling client inquiries, securing agreements, and closing deals.

● Providing localized after-sales support and hosting services.

Globevisa HQ’s Responsibilities:

● Supplying the global brand infrastructure and AI marketing support.

● Providing the central ERP systems and back-office technology.

● Delivering all legal processing and program support through our centralized program departments.

What We Look for in a Partner

The global market for immigration and mobility services is expanding steadily. We are actively looking for partners who understand their local environment.

Naturally, a viable partner must be operationally capable and possess a thorough understanding of the local language, business compliance, and market demands. Beyond basic competence, however, I look for partners who are humble, ambitious, and focused on long-term results.

This mindset is necessary because a joint venture must be an exercise in mutual learning. I am highly curious to learn about the specific demands and regulatory frameworks of your country. In return, you will gain access to the experience and resources of Globevisa’s global platform.

While we are patient and committed to building businesses the correct way over time, we also expect our partners to share our ambition: the long-term goal for every JV is to eventually become the leading service provider in that specific local market.

A Personal Objective

On a personal level, this expansion strategy aligns with a long-held objective of mine. My ideal routine over the next fifty years involves spending one month of every year living in a different country.

I am not much of a traditional tourist. I have always believed that to genuinely understand a location—its culture, its regulations, and its people—you need to conduct business there. Meeting local clients and working alongside local staff is how I prefer to explore the world.

If you possess local market expertise, share our long-term values, and believe your country is a viable market for inbound or outbound immigration services, we would like to speak with you. We are prepared to invest in establishing a joint company in your jurisdiction.

You are welcome to contact me directly, or you may reach out to Lynette, our Head of Partner Development, who is currently based in Athens.

Thank you for reading, and I look forward to connecting with potential partners worldwide.
