Hello everyone. Today, I would like to introduce the operational side of Globevisa.
We all know that company operations can often be tedious. It can be a headache dealing with the internal conflicts of different departments and managing human nature. However, for some reason, I genuinely enjoy the operational aspects of running a business.
To illustrate our approach, I want to share a story from three years ago in Dubai. I was meeting with a peer in his office, and we decided to walk each other through our respective company operations. He took about 45 minutes to explain his organization chart to me.
Then, it was my turn to explain Globevisa. Although our company is considerably larger in scale, it took me exactly five minutes to explain our organization chart.
Our structure is just that simple. Let me explain how Globevisa operates.

The Three Pillars of Globevisa
To understand Globevisa’s operational structure, you only need to remember three main components: Consulting Firms, Program Departments, and Supporting Departments.
1. Consulting Firms
Currently, we operate 55 consulting firms across various jurisdictions globally. The primary role of these consulting firms is local market engagement. They are responsible for promoting our 195 programs to their respective local markets, handling inquiries, securing agreements, and providing localized after-sales service.
2. Program Departments
While the consulting firms focus on the market, the Program Departments focus on the legal and processing services.
These departments provide direct legal support to all 55 of our consulting firms. If necessary, the program staff will also communicate directly with the clients. For instance, we have a dedicated EB-5 department that includes four American attorneys to ensure accurate legal servicing. The volume of our work requires scale; for our US programs alone, we have four separate departments.
Because we manage 195 programs, we group these departments into specific units called Program Divisions:
● Divisions 1 through 5: These divisions group our established programs together. For example, a single division might oversee 20 different program departments.
● Division 6 (The Incubator Departments): This is a unique division internally referred to as the "Incubator." Because we constantly evaluate new immigration routes, we use Incubators 1 through 6 to test and process these new programs. Once a new program establishes a track record of successful cases and we are certain we can handle the processing efficiently, it graduates from the Incubator and becomes a formal Program Department.
3. Supporting Departments
This final component is the operational backbone of the company. The Supporting Departments provide the necessary infrastructure for both the Consulting Firms and the Program Departments to function. Our internal support structure includes:
● Human Resources (HR)
● Finance
● Compliance
● Marketing
● Technology (Tech)
● Artificial Intelligence (AI)
● Consulting Training
● Program Supervision
How It All Connects
When you put these three pieces together, the operational logic is highly straightforward.
The Program Departments provide all the legal processing services to our 55 Consulting Firms. In turn, those consulting firms promote our 195 programs within their local markets. Throughout this entire process, both entities receive continuous administrative, marketing, and technical backing from the Supporting Departments.
That is our entire organizational chart, explained in just a few minutes.
Thank you for reading.
