Hello everyone. Today, I want to discuss Globevisa's vision for the future.
Our long-term roadmap can be summarized by three straightforward numbers: one million served clients, 1,000 programs, and 400 offices located in major cities worldwide.
To explain why we set these specific goals, I need to share a bit of personal context about how I view my work and this industry.
Finding Purpose in the Familiar
Looking ahead, I likely have another 40 or 50 years of active life. I realized that if you want to achieve something distinct in your lifetime, it requires consistent effort, time, and a degree of sacrifice.
For a while, I tried to find my "passion" outside of work. I tried surfing, skiing, snowboarding, and climbing. I spent time pursuing these activities in search of what I thought was real happiness. However, I eventually came to a practical realization: I am already highly capable in the immigration sector. Based on the volume of clients served, I am likely among the top practitioners in this field.
I asked myself why I was treating my work merely as a necessity—a sacrifice to fund my free time—when the immigration business itself could be my focus. Instead of spending my time pursuing peripheral hobbies, I decided to channel my energy into the work I already know how to do well.
The 2045 Vision: Breaking Down the Numbers
Knowing that I will be dedicating at least the next 20 years to this industry, I needed to set a clear, long-term target. Last year, at our Globevisa Global Citizen Conference(GGCC
), we officially announced the Globevisa 2045 Vision.
Our vision for the year 2045 is defined by three specific metrics:
● 1 Million Served Clients: Providing services to one million clients means assisting a similar number of families. That equates to roughly 5 to 6 million people, which is comparable to the entire population of Singapore or Hong Kong. It is a tangible outcome that justifies 20 years of continuous work.
● 1,000 Programs: Having a thousand different immigration programs in our pipeline ensures we can assist a wide variety of applicants. I do not want our services to be restricted solely to high-net-worth individuals. The goal is to provide viable global mobility options for a broader demographic.
● 400 Offices Worldwide: During my first decade in this business, I primarily served clients in mainland China. Today, we serve a growing client base across Asia. Moving forward, the objective is to operate on a truly global scale, establishing local offices to serve clients in regions like Latin America and Africa.
Our Current Progress
A vision requires a benchmark to measure against. To put the 2045 goals into perspective, here is where Globevisa stands today:
● Clients: Out of our 1 million target, we have served over 120,000 served clients.
● Programs: Out of our 1,000 target, we currently operate 195 active programs.
● Offices: Out of our 400 target, we have established 58 offices across multiple countries worldwide.
These three numbers outline our operational roadmap for the next two decades. That is the Globevisa vision, and I hope it provides a clear picture of where we are heading.
Thank you for reading.
