Why Our CEO Dares to Put "Trade Secrets" in His Diary

In his latest "CEO Diary" series, Henry casually tagged a few colleagues, asking us to share our unique perspectives on Globevisa Group. As a veteran approaching my ten-year milestone with the company, I was one of the people called out.

Honestly, when I first read the series, my immediate reaction was: What on earth is our CEO thinking?

In his published posts, he essentially opts for "indiscriminate disclosure." He holds nothing back, detailing Globevisa's day-to-day operational logic: how we are leveraging AI to revolutionize our workflows, how our Middle East offices are navigating business amidst conflict, and even dropping teasers about major HR policy shifts currently in the pipeline.

You have to understand—Globevisa has been deeply rooted in this industry for over two decades. Our brand presence is massive, meaning countless eyes are watching our every move. Former consultants often leave to start their own firms, and some competitors even plant "insiders" within our ranks. The moment Globevisa launches a new initiative, competitors rush to copy it pixel by pixel.

In an industry characterized by highly sensitive information and cutthroat, hand-to-hand combat competition, why would Henry voluntarily tear down our walls and broadcast these "trade secrets" to the public?

Then it hit me. Globevisa possesses something that can never be replicated: the soul of our organization and our sheer speed of evolution.

1. Transparency is the Ultimate Moat

This level of confidence reminds me of a project I spearheaded earlier: the Globevisa Insider employee series. We invited colleagues of various nationalities from our 50+ global offices to showcase their lives outside of work. We saw professionals who are incredibly serious about their practice, yet turn out to be hardcore trail runners on the weekends. We saw colleagues on the fringes of the Middle Eastern conflict, steadfastly finding solutions for their clients. This cross-border human warmth and our genuinely localized global footprint provide a foundational depth that no "copycat" can ever clone.

Speaking of transparency, there was a minor incident last month. Someone took screenshots of Henry's diary and sent them to competitors, who immediately used the names mentioned to try and poach our staff. Our HR department gently suggested to Henry: Perhaps we shouldn't make everything so public?

Henry’s response was characteristically blunt: We can't stop eating just because we might choke. In his view, information transparency isn't a liability; it's a dividend. He publishes the minutes of his daily management meetings so that thousands of employees worldwide can "breathe on the same frequency."

This radical transparency gives the Group three distinct advantages:

● Near-Zero Information Transmission Costs: Employees across the globe instantly understand the CEO's thought process, eliminating the distortion that comes from layers of corporate telephone.

● Collective Strategic Consensus: When the entire company clearly sees the 2045 vision—a roadmap of 1,000 projects across 200 countries and regions—everyone knows exactly what path they need to forge.

● A Positive Filtering Mechanism: We aren’t afraid of being poached. This culture of transparency naturally filters for like-minded individuals with real vision, people who can actually keep pace with our "speed of evolution."

2. Anxiety Stems from Discipline: Running the Race in an Exponential Era

Henry is a relentless machine who logs 30 kilometers a day. I believe that having seen so many elite runners, he intimately understands that running a marathon requires not just grit, but the profound ability to embrace "delayed gratification."

I recently listened to a podcast, and one phrase struck a chord with me: "Your anxiety actually stems from your discipline." Personally, if I don't hit the gym at least three times a week, a creeping sense of anxiety sets in. Logic tells me that missing one session won't instantly turn to fat, but this "forced discipline" is baked into my bones. It has transformed me from a spontaneous individual into someone more stable and in control.

When you become accustomed to progress, "stagnation" itself becomes immensely painful.

To me, Henry is also a deeply anxious person—but his anxiety is rooted in a profound reverence for the exponential growth of the AI era. As the wheel of technology rolls relentlessly forward, having just a few individuals in the company using AI is mere window dressing. True revolution happens only when the entire organization relentlessly converts AI into native productivity.

At Globevisa, AI is no longer just a chatbot to converse with; it is an evolving, autonomous Agent.

As a direct beneficiary of AI-driven efficiency, I am acutely aware of the pressure this kind of "speed" brings. Take the Smart Program Matcher we are currently rolling out, for example. On the surface, its logic seems simple and clear. However, digitizing and automating complex, globally spanning program criteria requires far more than just technical capability; it demands an almost draconian mastery of business depth.

This "asset-heavy" level of execution is a barrier to entry that quick-buck chasers and pixel-peeping copycats can never cross. When your speed of evolution outpaces your competitors' speed of replication, transparency becomes an act of absolute confidence.

3. From "Projects" to "Options": Shattering Preconceptions of Class

Henry’s diary entry about Walid, our Lebanese partner, deeply resonated with me. Amidst regional turbulence, Globevisa's core purpose is elevating from merely "processing a green card" to "providing a life backup plan."

Many people hold misconceptions about immigration, viewing it either as an exclusive privilege of the ultra-rich or a mandate to uproot one's entire life. But the reality on the ground is different.

We are seeing more and more clients who fit into these profiles:

● Securing Status Without Relocating: Parents planning for their children to study in the US, for instance, are securing status in advance to give their kids broader educational choices and the freedom to stay post-graduation.

● Low-Cost Global Nomadism: Leveraging remote work to apply for Digital Nomad visas, or utilizing non-lucrative programs to achieve long-term residency at a fraction of the traditional cost.

● The Middle-Class Pathway: In many countries, you will find Uber drivers and average corporate workers utilizing skilled migration pathways to alter the trajectory of their lives.

Immigration has never been solely a "rich person's game." Fundamentally, it’s about adding another option to your life. "Immigration without relocation" is the truest reflection of client needs in our current era of globalization.

Henry’s fiercely aggressive transparency is, in reality, a gauntlet thrown down to everyone at Globevisa. The CEO has already broadcasted our ultimate moves; if our execution fails to keep up, that is our biggest risk.

If the CEO dares to write our business secrets into his diary, then we dare to turn those blueprints into reality. To the imitators: please keep your eyes glued to our website. Because whatever we do next, you still won't be able to catch up.
