Malta Citizenship by Merit / Exceptional Services
As one of the EU’s few remaining direct citizenship pathways, Maltese Citizenship by Merit (MCBM) has evolved from an investment scheme into a strict merit-based system. By demonstrating exceptional contributions—whether in technology, business, or social causes—applicants can obtain full citizenship for their families through a discretionary review process. It represents the gold standard for EU passports, offering unmatched legal stability and global prestige.
