Aspasia Nousia is an Attorney at Law admitted to the Athens Bar Association and qualified to appear before the Court of Appeal. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Over the last six years, she has been actively practicing law with a strong focus on immigration and nationality law, as well as real estate–related legal matters. Her professional experience includes advising and representing international clients in residence permit applications for employment purposes, Financially Independent Persons (FIPs), Digital Nomads, and investors under the Greek Golden Visa program.

In addition, she has professional experience at the Permanent Delegation of Greece to NATO, where she worked within a highly structured international institutional environment, gaining exposure to European and international legal frameworks and cross-border cooperation.

Her practice is distinguished by a strategic, solution-driven approach, combining solid legal expertise with hands-on experience in managing complex immigration cases and internationally oriented matters.
