Annual Retrospect of Globevisa Group 2023

In 2023, Globevisa Group made many progress and breakthroughs; also, this year, Globevisa Group has experienced many important milestones and historic moments. Up to now, we have more than 20 years of history in the immigration industry, with more than 800 employees worldwide and an international scale of 39 firms integrated globally, which is the foundation of professional services. we have been advancing on the road of internationalization. The scale of 39 firms includes 20 international offices located in global financial centers such as Singapore, Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Brisbane, Australia, London, Vancouver, Turkey, Dubai, UAE, etc., which can provide multi-language services in more than 9 languages for clients in 100 countries and regions.

Standing at the end of the year, looking back through the past year, we always insist on “clients come first”, constantly improving service quality, actively exploring and innovating, to meet the diversified needs of clients. We would like to thank all our clients for their trust in us.

Globevisa’s Internationalization

With the goal of global internationalization, Globevisa has made a lot of achievements on the internationalization process in 2023.

In February 2023, Globevisa Group Vietnam Ho Chi Minh firm was officially established for a deeper understanding of local people’s immigration needs.

In April 2023, Globevisa Group Australia Brisbane firm was officially established, once again realizing brand export to the world.

In April 2023, Globevisa Group Turkey Istanbul firm was officially established, Mr. Mesut Guney was appointed as the General Manager of Globevisa Turkey branch.

In June 2023, Globevisa Group Portugal Lisbon firm was officially established, Mr. Francsico Vale was invited to be the general manager, who determined that he would make the Portugal firm an important milestone in the history of Globevisa’s development.

In August 2023, the second firm of Globevisa Vietnam was officially established in Hanoi, Vietnam, to complete the business system of Globevisa Group in Southeast Asia market.

In September 2023, Globevisa Group MENA was officially established in Dubai, UAE, for developing immigration services in the Middle East region and providing more clients with better localized services.

In September 2023, Globevisa Group was invited to attend the Global Citizen Week in Vietnam, where CEO Henry,  gave an inspiring speech on the true value of the immigration industry is to give people more options with 100 outbound service providers from around the world.

In October 2023, Globevisa Group Dhaka Bangladesh firm was officially established and Mohammed Abdullah Al Mamun was invited to join our team as the Managing Director of Dhaka Bangladesh.

In October 2023, Globevisa Group India Kolkata firm was established with Mr. Manoj Dalal as our Partner. The establishment of the Kolkata office has helped us penetrate the Indian immigration market more effectively and provide services to more local applicants.

Up to now, Globevisa Group has set up 39 offices around the world, and there are already 20 international firms, with the international scale accounting for more than 50% of the global scale.

Multi-Program Mechanism (MPM)

With the continuous expansion of global business, Globevisa further increased the number of global partners in 2023 to provide clients with more comprehensive and better program choices.

In the face of global immigration policy changes, Globevisa also adapts to the changes, due to the policy we shut down many programs but at the same time also launched more high-quality programs for clients to choose from. We organized a global tour of thousands of events, of which more than 300 were in more than 20 cities worldwide.

U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program

With the new U.S. EB-5 policy came out, Globevisa Group as an industry-leading expatriate immigration service provider, has responded quickly to provide multi-option services for applicants applying for EB-5. We were also invited to participate in the event organized by Uglobal in Shenzhen. Siren Chen, Globevisa’s Head of Project Research and Development Department was invited to share her insight on the stage.

Under the new policy: As of early December 2023, Globevisa has more than 400 groups of clients applying and about 300 groups of clients submitted. The program under the new policy includes Four Seasons Premier Miami, Keystone Ski Resort, New Jersey Avenue Condominiums, etc. The projects satisfy the different needs of the clients and are available for them to choose from. Moreover, under the old policy, no EB5 immigrant investor was refused.

Portugal Fund Investment Immigration

On October 6, 2023, Portugal issued a new policy, completely shutting down the Portuguese property investment program, and fully entering the era of fund investment immigration. In the face of this change of policy, Globevisa immediately invited the Lisbon firm’s senior immigration lawyers to bring the analysis of the new policy online.

After the landing of the new policy, Globevisa’s Portugal Fund Program Department and Portugal’s local lawyer team are also constantly selecting better products for clients.

Greece Golden Visa

In 2023, at the time of the change of government in Greece, Our Greece Program Department and the Greek in-house lawyer team fully penetrated the local Greek market to develop the Greek real estate market and developed properties in the area of the change of government and launched a variety of properties for clients to choose from after a strict and compliant development process.

In November 2023, we were invited by Greek real estate developer OIKOS to participate in the launch of a luxury sea-view villa resort project in Halkidiki, next to Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece. As the sole agent, Lynette JU, General Manager of Globevisa Greece, attended the conference as a representative.

With the strong alliance between Global Entrepreneurship and Oikos Real Estate of Greece and Wyndham Hotel brand, we also believe that Wyndham Emerald Bay Beach House Resort is a product that can satisfy all investment clients.

In 2022, Globevisa Group established a local firm in Greece and set up a local team. The team includes 3 professional in-house lawyers, 2 bilingual receptionists, 1 project development manager, and a team of cooperative professional law firms and lawyers. The team will provide better service for the applicants who choose Globevisa.

In addition, in 2023, Globevisa also launched the EB3 program and the Hong Kong Investment Program. Currently, Globlevisa offers 300 programs covering 40 countries and regions around the world, with services including investment immigration, overseas settlement, overseas business start-up, family reunion, study abroad education, etc., which can truly meet the different needs of clients. 

International Influence

Mr. Michael Martin, the Director of St. Kitts and Nevis Immigration Bureau, visited China for the first time after he took office, and the first stop of this China tour was Globevisa Beijing. Mr. Martin was shocked by the scale of the Beijing office and admired that Globevisa is not only an important partner of the St. Kitts project but also a leading immigration service provider in the global immigration industry.

In 2023, Globevisa was honored with the titles of “2023 Influential Brand of Expatriate Services” and “2023 Comprehensive Strength Expatriate Service Brand”. These two honors are proof of our leading position and superior performance in the outbound service industry.

The year 2023 is a year of continuous development and growth for Globevisa, and we are grateful to all of our program teams as well as our professional team of lawyers.
