Applicants can obtain a Hong Kong Identity Card, a student visa, and a master’s degree by enrolling in full-time postgraduate programs (normally one year) in Hong Kong. Applicants can also bring their spouse and unmarried dependent children under the age of 18 to Hong Kong under the prevailing dependent policy.

Application Requirement

Age requirement: 22-55 years old
– No criminal record
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree (provide Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript)
– Applicants whose entrance qualification is obtained from an institution where the medium of instruction is NOT English should also fulfill the following minimum English proficiency requirements:
(1) IELTS (Academic): Overall Band at 6 or above
(2) TOEFL: a score of 59 (revised paper-delivered test) or 79 (Internet-based test) or 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based)
(3)Other equivalent qualifications
