  1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

  2. No Criminal Record.

  3. To establish a company in Portugal. (Globevisa provides guidance and necessary assistance through the process.)

    4. A reliable and comprehensive Business Plan outlining the details for the proposed venture.
