Irina hails from Chisinau, Moldova, with Russian origin and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Moscow State University (MSU). She furthered her academic journey by pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at the University of California, San Diego.

Professionally, Irina boasts a multilingual proficiency encompassing Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, and English. Her illustrious career has spanned various countries, where she has assumed senior management roles within the Retail, Manufacturing, and Private Investment sectors. In addition to her corporate successes, Irina is a thriving entrepreneur, with business ventures in Turkey, the UAE, and Russia.

In 2006, Irina made her home in Dubai, immersing herself in Investment and Real Estate ventures. In 2014, she uncovered another compelling industry closely aligned with her business acumen: Citizenship by Investment and Company Incorporation across multiple disciplines of business activities. Since then, she has cultivated a flourishing career in this field, establishing her enterprises and catering to a diverse clientele spanning Russians, Lebanese, Iranians, Syrians, Americans, and Indians from around the globe.
