Last Saturday, March 4th, the Thai real estate inspection team consisting of the general managers of Globevisa Asia-Pacific companies from various locations including Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Qingdao, and Hangzhou arrived in Bangkok and began a busy and intensive on-site inspection of Thai real estate, including multiple programs from the three major developers, Sansiri, Origin, and Ananda.

One of the programs inspected was Origin Thonglor World. Located in the famous and affluent area of Thonglor, Bangkok, this project is a mixed-use development comprising a mall, office space, and apartments. The three buildings in Phase One have already been sold out, while Phase Two is a pre-sale development with both loft and large flat units. Its prime location in the wealthy district has created great value for the project, and it is rare for Thai developers to sell commercial properties to foreigners, making this project a scarce and sought-after opportunity.

XT Phayathai is the only ready-to-move-in program among the inspected properties. It is located at the Phayathai station on the Sukhumvit Line, adjacent to the King Power Duty Free shop, with a hospital across the street and a public school next to the project. This project is a mid-to-high-end series of products from the developer Sansiri, which was just delivered at the end of 2022 and is suitable for customers who want to buy a ready-to-move-in property for self-use or investment.

The supporting facilities are well-equipped. During the site visit, we saw that the top floor has an infinity pool, underwater bicycles, and a separate gym, with a view of the Bangkok cityscape.
