What am I really doing in Palo Alto? 4 priorities
From September 11th to 17th, I will be based in Palo Alto. Aside from the coincidental departure date, my agenda for this six-day trip is strictly operational.
I am visiting the Bay Area to address four specific business objectives for Globevisa:
1. Assessing AI's Impact on Our Operations
Both the US and China are driving the current advancements in artificial intelligence. I expect this technology to directly alter how the global immigration and legal service industries operate. I will be meeting with technical professionals and contacts in Silicon Valley to learn about practical AI applications and how we can integrate them into our workflow.
2. Strengthening Our US Inbound Network
Globevisa currently maintains a leading global position for the US inbound market. This volume is only possible because of our US-based legal service and project providers. A primary purpose of this trip is to meet these partners face-to-face, express my appreciation, and discuss how we can execute future collaborations more efficiently.
3. Expanding into the Indian Demographic Market
The Indian market is currently experiencing a massive surge in US inbound immigration. Frankly, this is a segment where Globevisa still has significant room for improvement. I plan to meet with industry peers who successfully serve the Indian demographic in the US to study their operational models and explore potential partnerships.
4. Navigating the US Outbound Market
Over the last few years, the US has surprisingly evolved into a major outbound market, with a growing number of citizens seeking secondary residencies abroad. While we have a strong grasp on inbound processing, our outbound presence in the US is not yet at that standard. I will be speaking with local professionals to learn how to effectively build brand awareness and structure legal service marketing for a domestic US audience.
An Open Invitation
The schedule is tight, but these conversations are necessary for our next phase of development. If you are based in the Bay Area and see potential for practical collaboration across any of these four areas, please reach out. I look forward to connecting in Palo Alto.
Thank you for reading.
