David graduated from Vanderbilt University in the United States with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southwest University. With his strong foundation in law and economics, David has gained substantial legal experience across various domestic and international fields.

David is licensed to practice law in New York State and holds a legal professional qualification in China. He is well-versed in international legal regulations and business operations.
