With a legal background and experience as a Consular Officer at the Indian Consulate in Hong Kong, she combines regulatory insight with strong client-management and operational leadership.

Latha has advised clients on complex immigration matters, global talent mobility, and compliance, while leading initiatives to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery. Her experience also includes supporting acquisitions, establishing greenfield offices, developing teams, and delivering staff training.
