Jun Qiu

Jun holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Management (ACCA program) from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. She previously worked at the headquarters of a well-known law firm in Chicago, where she provided legal and compliance services to top financial institutions in the United States (including Wall Street), the United Kingdom, Canada, and other jurisdictions.

Jun is qualified as a lawyer in China, New York, and Illinois, and is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the United States. She is knowledgeable in corporate law, tax law, immigration law, and international law across multiple jurisdictions including the U.S., China, and the U.K. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to support the company’s compliance management, cross-border investment matters, and the handling of complex legal, tax, and financial issues.
