Our growing presence enables us to cater to an increasingly diverse customer base in North America.
Ric brings over ten years of experience as a senior executive in high-end education and training. He has held key positions managing city operations for educational groups with valuations ranging from hundreds of millions to tens of billions of dollars. Ric has spearheaded new projects across strategic planning, cost control, market operations, sales closure, teaching quality assurance, and customer service, successfully building multiple elite teams recognized as “national firsts.”
Ric excels in building new teams from scratch and maintaining the stability and sustainable development of mature teams through effective management methods. During his tenure, he earned the group’s trust and was tasked with establishing the North American branch in Los Angeles. He successfully recruited qualified high-end overseas talent and created the most extensive and influential overseas study tour program in Central China. Ric led thousands of children to experience the cultural and academic environments of countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore, planting the seeds for their future dream schools.
Ric firmly believes that only by stepping out of one’s world can one truly begin to establish a global perspective. Due to his longstanding positive relationships with parents and schools, Ric has garnered a loyal following of supportive and trusting parents. During the challenging times when the education and training industry faced significant setbacks, Ric founded his immigration company. As a conscientious educator, Ric specializes in solving educational issues through personalized identity planning, recognizing that every family and child is unique. He ensures each family finds the most suitable customized solution, maintaining good relationships even if a particular project isn’t a perfect fit for them. Ric’s dedication to his principles has allowed him to remain steadfast in the education industry for many years.
As a partner at Globevisa’s New York office, Ric aims to leverage the global “center of the world” perspective to help more families achieve educational breakthroughs for their children and optimize their asset allocation. With the strong brand backing of Globevisa Group and more than 22 years of impressive reputation and achievements, Ric believes that the bright future they will build together is full of promise. This shared vision is the key reason Ric chose to join Globevisa Group.
CEO Henry remarked, “At Globevisa, we believe that shared vision and values are the foundation of success.
