Amer Khadra, a graduate of Northeastern University, brings an impressive 30 years of experience in business management and strategic planning in Europe and the Middle East. Amer is rich in cultural diversity and proficient in four languages: Spanish, English, French, and Arabic. An immigrant from a young age, Amer and his family escaped their war-torn homeland in Lebanon, seeking a better life in Spain for the past 35 years. His educational journey in the USA, professional experiences in Europe and the Middle East, and life on three different continents have provided him with a profound understanding of the importance of global mobility for individuals and families. His extensive background in sectors ranging from consumer goods to citizenship and immigration consultancy positions him uniquely to navigate the challenges of this industry. Amer’s previous roles in multinational organizations highlight his commitment to customer-centric service, and he embodies strong values such as loyalty, simplicity, and straightforwardness, making him an invaluable asset to Globevisa as we broaden our reach across various markets.

Joining Amer is Walid Lyan, a graduate of both Arizona State University and Northeastern University, whose multicultural heritage and multilingual skills—including fluency in Arabic, French, and English—prepare him well for the global landscape. Having lived on four continents, from the USA to Europe to the Near & Middle East to Africa, Walid believes in the power of “Unrestricted Global Mobility,” which he sees as a vital tool for success in today’s interconnected world. With over 30 years of expertise in academia, corporate governance, finance, and investment, Walid has dedicated his recent years exclusively to Global Mobility by Investment Consulting, demonstrating his passion for this mission.

Together, Amer and Walid co-founded Globalia, a boutique consulting firm focused on residency and citizenship by investment. Their mission of “democratizing global mobility” has driven them to unlock borders and create opportunities for individuals seeking new possibilities. Under their leadership, Globalia has successfully expanded its business model across Lebanon, Ivory Coast, Hebron, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Spain, promoting global mobility through innovative solutions and a unique personalised investor profiling approach.

Globalia started collaborating with Globevisa on a B2B basis but, after Walid & Amer met Henry in September 2024, all three of them immediately realized that partnership was inevitable; loyalty, simplicity, straightforwardness, leading by example, trust, forward-thinking, and win-win relations are all strong values they deeply shared, which constituted the catalyst that fast-tracked their partnership and brought it to fruition in November 2024.
